Keren Louise Lagerman

This memorial website was created to remember  Keren Louise Lagerman who was born in New Jersey on August 2, 1982 and passed away on March 18, 2006. She will live forever in our memories and hearts.

Keren was born in New Jersey on August 2, 1982 and moved to Texas when she was only two. She was a little tomboy who could outrun her two brothers! Keren grew into a beautiful young woman who by giving love, found so much love in return. She had a special place in her heart for the elderly but her love did not just extend to people. Keren loved animals but especially cats. Keren did a lot in her short life. She won awards for her artwork and had a beautiful singing voice. She was attending college and working. She also traveled when she could. She especially enjoyed traveling back to NJ to visit her Pop Pop and Grandmom Mary. When visiting her Grandmom Mae she was gentle and loving to the woman who could no longer walk with ease. We know that now she rests safely in the arms of her Pop Pop and Grandmom Mae in Heaven. But mostly, Keren's greatest joy was in the bonds she shared with her friends. Friendship was so important to her and she tried to be the best friend she could. Keren, you left us too soon. We wanted a lifetime with you! What we are left with are memories and we will most surely treasure those memories of  you forever

Keren,

You have been in my heart and life since you were born.  I miss talking to you , and sharing your secrets.  I still can hear you and brother Eric bickering when you were little children.  You wanted so much to keep up with him.  When you were about six or so  your little brother james was born and you were so proud of him.   You loved cats so much and whenever you got another cat, you always wanted me to help you name them.  The last one we named together was cleo.

I have so many wonderful memories of you I could not begin to tell, now they are safe and foever in my heart.   You were a loving daughter to your parents and sister to your brothers.
